Terms and Conditions

All correspondence should be addressed to Mrs M Tonizzo, 5 Abbey View Gardens, Bath, United Kingdom, BA2 6DQ. Your signature on the booking form indicates you and your party's acceptance of the following conditions.  

1 Booking

A deposit of 50% per week together with a completed booking form is required with your booking. No contract will exist between us until these are received. We will confirm your booking in writing or by email for internet bookings. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 3.  

2 Payment of Balance

The balance of payment must be paid no less than 8 weeks before the letting period commences. If the balance is not received by us, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim to cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the beginning of the letting period , the full rental will be required at the time of booking.

3 Cancellation by You

In the event that you wish to cancel all or part of the booking ,or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, we shall be entitled to the following percentage of holiday cost. Cancellation must be in writing.

4 Cancellation by Us

In the highly unlikely event that, for reasons beyond our control , we should need to cancel your booking we would refund to you in full any monies paid to us in respect of the letting.
 

5 Number of Persons

A maximum of 4 persons may stay at the property except in the case of infants (under 2 years) for whom the tenants must provide their own cot and linen.
 

6 Letting Period

Letting periods start and finish on a Friday and the minimum letting period is one week unless otherwise agreed with the owners. Out of season letting periods of other durations may be available.
 

7 Arrival and Departure Times

Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 4 pm. However, alternative arrangements can be made by giving not less than two weeks' notice before departure date. We request guests to vacate the apartment no later than midday on their departure date. Please return all keys belonging to the apartment to the key rack before departure.
 

8 Problems/Complaints

In this event our representative should be contacted at once and she will do her best to resolve the matter.
 

9 Insurance

Your signature on the booking form will be taken as indication that you and all the members of your party have taken out suitable holiday insurance in respect of the letting.
